Elementary Montessori trained teacher

Eligibility:

• To handle the Workroom classes in the Primary Section.
• Working in the workroom involves teaching the classroom concepts in the Montessori method

Trained graduate teacher

Eligibility:

• (B.Ed or Nursery trained) to handle the juniormost classes of the Primary Section.

Kannada Teacher - Primary Section

Eligibility:

• Degree and a B Ed in Kannada
• The teacher must have a good command over the language, Kannada
• Must be passionate and be able to approach the language through rhythm and rhyme.
• Possess good communication skills both in English and Kannada
• Must believe in Innovative and creative approach in teaching
• Display enthusiasm in team work

Research and Development Mentor

Eligibility:

• Engineers/Science graduates or Postgraduates with past experience/passion for research would be preferred.
• Electronics/Computer Science/ Basic Sciences with minimum of three years' experience
• Expertise in the field of sensors, controllers, app development, and programming skills
• Mentoring, supporting and participating in project development by the students right from concept to commissioning (Genesis of the idea, design, development, documentation and presentation)
• Encouraging students in the Research work to build concept and application-based models
• Working on any other job related directly or indirectly to the meet the above requirement

Montessori Adult

Eligibility:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline AMI or IMTC Diploma in Pre-Primary
• Minimum two years of experience in a Montessori house of children working with 2 ½ - 6yr olds
• An enthusiastic and adaptable adult who has a passion for working with young children
• A strong understanding of the Montessori Method, the core philosophy and principles which are to be implemented
• Curriculum and classroom management skills
• An affectionate, considerate, pleasant, and inspiring personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Critical-thinking and decision-making skills
• Good observational, analytical, and evaluation skills when dealing with a diverse, multi age community
• Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethics
• Physical fitness to perform the essential functions of the job
• A self-driven approach to acquiring and implementing new skills and techniques as required in the profession
